All rates are based on double occupancy and include a homemade breakfast served each morning.
Due to the historic nature and ambiance of the mansion, we do not accept guests under the age of 21. We are also a smoke-free property.

A 15% charge will be added to all room rates, which includes:

Reservation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking

Reservations become 100% non-refundable 14 days prior to your arrival
Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM

If arriving after 9:00 PM, please notify us in advance

Please note there are no elevators in the Mansion or Carriage House

As a licensed establishment, outside alcohol is not permitted in common areas

Coolers are not allowed in any building

A 2-night minimum is required on weekends.

Third Floor:

In the Carriage House

4 Deluxe Rooms (2 on the first floor and 2 on the second)

Murder Mystery (this cost is in addition to the room charge.)

An additional $160 per person for the Saturday show (Asa Packer, Harry Packer or 1920s)

An additional $450 per person for the weekend long show “The Infiltrators” which includes a show on Friday night, Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning
